Serving twice as Basileus, Bro. Walton led EII to two-time award winning Chapter of the Year. Locally he has also served as Social Action Chair and Fatherhood/Mentoring Initiative Chair.
At the District and International levels, Bro. Walton has demonstrated effective leadership as the First District Conference Marshal, Scholarship Chair, Omega Life Membership Foundation Region 1 Director and Social Action Chair.
Bro. Walton has earned Omega Man of the Year recognition at both the Chapter and District level.
Bro. Walton has a long and consistent history of impactful professional and community leadership. With over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, he has charted a course for Equity and Inclusion in a CT Regional School District and statewide through his work on educator diversity.

With over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, he has charted a course for Equity and Inclusion in a CT Regional School District and statewide through his work on educator diversity.
He serves as the Board President of the National Board of Directors for the American Association of School Personnel Administrators.
An active member of the community, Bro. Walton devotes his time to empowering youth and building more equitable and engaged communities. He serves on the CT Social Equity Commission and is the longtime Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven, CT.
He previously served as a Commissioner for New Haven's Department of Parks, Recreation and Trees and as the Youth Council Advisor for the Greater New Haven Branch of the NAACP.
